SUMMARY:Stick and Litter Pick
DESCRIPTION:We are planning to have a litter pick in the Park on Saturday 28 March as our contribution towards the Great British Spring Clean 13 – 29 March. As a great deal of dead wood lies on the ground from the recent storms we are also looking to gather up stick piles as we move across both upper and lower park. \nWe hope to have some involvement with parents and children from surrounding schools. \nChildren under 18 are welcome to come but they must be accompanied by an adult. Weather forecast predicts a cold day so come prepared with suitable clothes and bring gloves. Litter picks and bags will be provided. \nMeet at the top of the children’s playground near the ice cream van area – duration from 10:00 to 12:00
