Transplanting sedge from the spinney to the angler’s lake

We’ve had the friends’ volunteers on the park this week supporting the angling club transplant sedge from the spinney to the angler’s lake. This is to try and increase the oxygen levels in the lake which drop in the warmer weather, along with continuing their project to clear debris from the brook.
