We are keen to commemorate the first performance from 1900 with a stand-alone event separate from our usual Sunday/Bank Holiday Monday schedule through the summer to make it a day to remember and celebrate.

The day will take on the atmosphere similar to that of a Summer Fete with a May Day theme including a variety of wonderful activities, workshops, community/charity stalls, interactive play / have-a-go sessions, heritage exhibition trail and fantastic music line up throughout.

There will be a big emphasis on Northampton in Bloom, community, music and heritage with some archival images that we are looking to display as a trail in the park.
