This project was designed to be part of the tree trails to celebrate the platinum Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth !!.
The fund raining proved challenging as did the availability of appropriate trees to plant. The project was delayed but the new trail was finally opened by our main sponsor in June 2023.
Thanks to this generosity and many personal donations from members and friends, the new avenue is becoming well established.
