Friends opened a new memorial bed on Sunday 11 November 2018. The bed was replanted with appropriately named roses, forget-me-nots and rosemary by our hard-working gardening group.

At the commemorations of the start of WW1 we installed the obelisk in the rose garden. We were keen to mark the commemorations of the end of the war. The garden was formally opened by Edgar Mobbs, the great nephew of Northampton’s most famous war hero. He unveiled a plaque sited on the back wall of the garden.
